All PRACE users at WCSS are encouraged to use the PRACE Helpdesk system as the first point of contact whenever they have any issues with or questions about PRACE services and facilities provided by WCSS. There are two ways of submitting the helpdesk queries:
- through the dedicated web interface at: https://tts.prace-ri.eu/SelfService/
- via e-mail:
- general address: support@prece-ri.eu
- directly to WCSS: prace-support@wcss.pl
